Founder & Director
Henriette Ceyrac is the founder of Pan Ka Lay.
She is French and holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe Business School. After working for six years at Unilever’s headquarters in London, mainly leading social impact innovation projects, she moved to Myanmar in 2016 with the intention to apply her business credentials to development challenges. Since then, she has been helping iNGOs Living Goods and PSI Myanmar set up and manage a network of community health agents.
She founded Pan Ka Lay in 2018, with the aim to change the understanding, norms and values surrounding menstruation in Myanmar.
Khaing Linn Khant
Linn graduated with Honours in English Specialization from Dagon University in 2018. Since then, she has been working as a part-time tutor and interpreter, as a programme assistant in Clinical Legal Education with NGO BABSEACLE, and with art collective Pyinsa Rasa on the Word Therapy event against hate speech.
Driven by her desire to help her generation blossom, she is passionate about supporting our work to educate adolescents and youth and promote positive values about menstruation.
Su Myat Thwe Htwe
Su Myat describes herself as an innovative feminist on a learning journey. She is passionate about standing for equality and believes that all human beings have the same power regardless of their gender. Ever seen discovering her own power and confidence, Su Myat has been tirelessly sharing her knowledge and life experiences, in order to empower girls.
She was a content writer for For Her Myanmar, a leading female empowerment community, and then became the Team Leader of training and business development at a renowned beauty brand.
Su Myat manages the So What?! online community, educating them about menstruation and helping break taboos.
Dr. Hnin Su Su Khin
Dr Hnin Su Su Khin is a public health expert.
A medical doctor by training, she has occupied various functions within health iNGOs PSI & Médecins Sans Frontières for more than ten years, and is currently the Director of Operations at Medical Action Myanmar. Her responsibilities have included overseeing public health programme design, leading institutional and private donor relationships, research, project monitoring.
She is Pan Ka Lay’s senior advisor on programme design and business development.
